Mydeskhub.com is an online platform designed for happy coworkers to find, reserve and book their work space anytime, anywhere. We serve as a bridge for workers on the go and unused workspace. We provide space for users and we provide revenue opportunities for hosts.

Coworking is the use of an office space or other working space or desk by people who are self-employed or working for different employers, typically so as to share equipment, ideas, and knowledge.

What is the added value for the host?

Our platform gives you an opportunity to more efficiently manage unused space and to have access to a wider audience of users searching for that particular desk that you may have. You can list your space for short or long term as well as entire or partial space.

How do I start as host?

Register and list your space at our website, its free. It is that simple!

How do I add/delete photos after I created a listing?

Login to your account and under the column options click edit and there you can edit your listing.

How do I change my listing info?

You can change or update your listing information by logging in and clicking under options column Edit link. Additionally, if you want to delete your listing, under the same column options you can click at Delete link.

In case that you forgot your password.

If you forgot your password, on login page just click Lost Password and follow simple instruction to receive a link via email to create a new password.

How do I delete my account?

Send us an email and we will do the rest, but we will be sad to see you leave.

How much does it cost?

It is free to list on Mydeskhub.com. We only charge a 10% commission on booking reservation. The payment is executed only once it is approved by the host.

How do we make money?

We make money by charging a 10% commission on every booking reservation.

Do I need to keep re-posting my listing?

There is no need to continually re-post your Listing.

As a Host, can I approve Guest reservations?

Yes, by default confirmation is required for all bookings. The payment for booking reservation will not be executed until it is approved by the host.

For agreements or any other contractual relationship between Hosts and Guests is Mydeskhub.com responsible?

All agreements are between users and anything that is a result of such a relationship, we only assist in matching hosts and guests together.
